How long has the hrpr.com domain been around?

HR's Portal has been on the Internet since 1997 in one form or another. It started out as a one-page site and has evolved over time to what you see here today.

The site has a plain vanilla look to it. What's up with that?

Makes for faster loading since it has low graphics content (I hope) and is also easier to maintain.  I guess it reflects my "simple is better" approach to things!

Why do you do this?

Certainly not for profit...It is a hobby.  When I'm not working, or doing something more interesting, I fool around with stuff like HR's Portal

Do you have any other web sites?

Yes I do. You can link to them via the Odds & Ends entry on the top horizontal menu bar.

Where is hrpr.com?

The server is somewhere in Southern California. All the updates and maintenance for HR's Portal and my other web sites are done over the Internet from Vienna, Virginia, which is about 20 miles due west of Washington, DC.

What can I expect to see here in the future?

Don't know...guess it will be whatever I'm interested in at the moment.
