Its a Small World After All...
From April 1997 through December 1999, I was a member of the Corporate Year 2000 Assurance Office of the company I worked for at the time. Our charter was to insure that the company's various business units around the world met their Year 2000 obligations. One of the "perks" of this job was almost constant travel to various parts of the world:
